Thomas Usher
Non-executive Chairman of the Board, Marathon Petroleum Corporation

Mr. Usher graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering, a Master of Science degree in operations research and a doctorate in systems engineering. He joined United States Steel Corporation (later renamed USX Corporation) in 1965 and held various positions in industrial engineering. From 1975 through 1979, he held a number of management positions at U.S. Steel's South and Gary Works. Mr. Usher was elected Executive Vice President of Heavy Products in 1986, President of U.S. Steel Group and Director of USX in 1991, President and Chief Operating Officer of USX in 1994 and Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer effective July 1, 1995. He retired from United States Steel Corporation as Chief Executive Officer in September 2004 and as non-executive Chairman of the Board on February 1, 2006.

Mr. Usher serves on the Boards of Directors of H. J. Heinz Co., The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and PPG Industries, Inc. He previously served, within the past five years, as Chairman of the Board for United States Steel Corporation. Mr. Usher is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Pittsburgh, a Board of Directors member of the Extra Mile Education Foundation, and a member of The Business Council.

Robert Benmosche

Robert Benmosche

Robert H. Benmosche joined American International Group, Inc. (AIG) as President and Chief Executive Officer in August 2009, when he was also elected to the AIG Board of Directors. Mr. Benmosche retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MetLife, Inc. in 2006 after an eleven-year career during which he led the transition of MetLife from a mutual to a public company in April 2000. Since then, MetLife has risen to be the largest life insurer in North America. During Mr. BenmoscheΥs tenure, MetLife acquired General American and TravelerΥs Life and Annuity. He joined MetLife as an Executive Vice President in 1995 to direct the merger of New England Mutual with MetLife, and to head MetLifeΥs Individual Sales force and Retail Product Development. Mr. Benmosche was named President and Chief Operating Officer in 1997, and named Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer in 1998.

Before joining MetLife, Mr. Benmosche spent more than 13 years at PaineWebber Group Incorporated, where he served in several capacities, such as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Chief Financial Officer of the Retail Brokerage Division. From 1989-1995, he served as Executive Vice President, heading up operations and technology for over 1,500 retail investment advisors. He also directed the merger of Kidder Peabody into PaineWebber in 1994. Earlier in his career, Mr. Benmosche was a Chase Manhattan Bank vice president and a staff consultant with Arthur D. Little. Mr. Benmosche received his BachelorΥs degree from Alfred University and served in Korea as a Lieutenant in the United States Army Signal Corps. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of Credit Suisse Group AG, and he has also served on the Boards of Directors of the New York Philharmonic and Alfred University. He is a native of Brooklyn, New York.

Randall Dearth

Randall S. Dearth was named President and Chief Executive Officer of LANXESS Corporation in July 2004. In August 2008, LANXESS's Canadian service operations were added to Mr. Dearth's existing responsibilities when he was named managing director of the North American region. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bayer Chemicals Corporation. Mr. Dearth joined Bayer in 1988 as a development chemist in the automotive coatings development laboratories. He then transferred to Bayer's Automotive Technical Center in a market development role from 1993 to 1997; Mr. Dearth was on assignment in Germany, where he was responsible for market development in Europe and Asia. Upon returning to the United States, he managed the coatings and colorants resins business before being named director of the division's monomers and adhesives business. Among other positions, he also was head of the global powder coatings business group.

Mr. Dearth sits on the American Chemistry Council (ACC) Board, as well as the boards of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development and the United Way of Allegheny County. Mr. Dearth is also Chairman of the Warhol Museum Board, a Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh trustee, and a member of Calgon Carbon Corporation's Board of Directors. In 2007, Mr. Dearth was recognized as an emerging top CEO with a Pittsburgh Business Times Diamond Award. Most recently, he won a PRSA Renaissance Award as the CEO Communicator of the Year. Mr. Dearth holds a Bachelor's degree in chemistry from Hiram College, and a Master's degree in polymer science and engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.

Murry Gerber

Murry Gerber was Executive Chairman of EQT Corporation from April 2010 through May 2011, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EQT from May 2000 through April 2010, and Chief Executive Officer and President of EQT from June 1998 through February 2007. During his tenure, EQT transformed itself from a regional gas distribution company into one of the largest and fastest growing independent exploration and production companies in the United States.

Prior to joining EQT, Mr. Gerber served as Chief Executive Officer of Coral Energy. He had previously been treasurer of Shell Oil Company, and prior to that served in a number of management and technical positions.

Keith Wandell

Keith Wandell

Mr. Wandell is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Harley Davidson, Inc. a position he has held since 2009. He was formerly the President and Chief Operating Officer of Johnson Controls, Inc., a global manufacturer of automotive, power and building solutions, and had held that position since 2006. Mr. Wandell also served Johnson as Executive Vice President (2005-2006), Corporate Vice President (1997-2005), President of the Automotive Experience business (2003-2006), and President of the Power Solutions business (1998-2003). Mr. Wandell joined Johnson Controls in 1988. He holds a Master’s degree of business administration from the University of Dayton. Mr. Wandell has expertise in international business matters and operations, particularly in manufacturing. He is also a director of Dana Holding Corporation.
